The egg rates keep on changing daily and the main reasons behind this change are as:
- export of Indian eggs to other countries like Oman and Malaysia.
- Diseases in chicken that kill them. It leads to less supply and hence more cost of eggs.
- increase in the cost of feed and other materials required in poultry farming.
- Change of seasons. In winter demand of eggs increases and in summer the same decreases. This inturn affects the egg prices in India.
